This winder is for making reels for clients on the output side of the production line.

Its winding principle allows it to insure the flow of most textiles including mesh and other films, complexes, coated etc.

Fitted with integrated automation (carton loading, charging product, cutting, product evacuation, etc.) it is ideal at the line output stage on products that do not require periodic visual inspection or that are equipped with automatic inspection.

Example: at the output of plastic film extrudion which fan-folds (six thicknesses).

Associated with our standard unwinder it becomes an autonomous machine for manufacturing off the production line.

The extremely original principal  of "one central cylinder and four satellites" makes performant equipment with the application of the "MULTI-WINDING" technique.
