This line output assembly comprises a general frame structure, the press arm, the tension controller and the motor
reducer mounted on a column with a power take-off by drive coupling.To effectuate winding on dyed beam rolls it is a matter of placing them on our standard carriage which is specially designed for this application
(see corresponding paragraph). To insure quality winding is a matter of adjusting the winding tension and the pressure of the cylinder press. With this equipment, we act on two parameters. Effectively the diameter
information which is read directly on the press pilotes electronically the modulation of pressure or relieving of the cylinder following a well established rule. The winding tension applies in the case of dyed beam
rolls which are perfectly constant because of a low diametric variation. It is evident that this winder can receive any carriage on condition that it is equipped with a normalised drive coupling socket.

- Homogenous assembly can be implanted on all types of machines. - Control of the tension by a compensator with balancing by counterweight. - Standard range of tension from 1 daN to 10 daN on the width. - Press cylinder in chromed steel with standard table of 2500 mm.
- Arm presses with arm locking ruckers, which work by air reduction for security. - Electronic servo-system for ruckers, functioning by IP pilot convertor.
- Asynchronous motor reducer with frequency variator in vectorial flux with coder. - Standard power 4.5 kW / 1500 rpm (or according to client's technical product specification). - Standard variator of 3 x 400V.
- Drive coupling with quick-plug on splined plug. - Central column with "effort relax on drive coupling". - Speed up to 150 m/min standard.
- Standard winding capacity of 220 mm on the keg to 1800 mm on the roll. - Full roll weight of 2 tonnes. - Types of fabrics: chain and trame, mesh, non-woven, coated fabrics, etc. Standard colour RAL 5002.
