This winder is for rolls of small diameter (max 1800) wound on carton mandrels or other types with square bars of 40 x 40.

The receptacle is unified with the principal structure with two automatic locking shaft bearings which function by friction wheels.

A winding motorisation without dancer roll permits winding on a decreasing scale of tension in function of the diametric evolution.

A general frame supports the cylinder press which is pneumatically actioned.

The electronics are integrated in the frame.

This material is specifically intended for applications which do not require evolved techniques such as, non elastic chains and trames, coated fabrics, certain non-woven fabrics, fibreglass fabric at loom output etc.

This is low cost equipment and whilst it is very simple, it represents an excellent quality/price ratio.
